本地啤酒廠裝修工程@青衣 Local crafted beer brewery

為一本地啤酒廠申請食品工場牌照、出牌及裝修。

場地為工廈地廠，面積達近萬呎，有釀酒設備、鍋爐房、雪房、設備房、穀倉、後勤辦公室及試酒室等。

This is a 10,000 square feet local brewery with daily production capacity of up to 10,000 litres.

新鮮製作的啤酒需於冷藏庫保存一會。

造啤酒需預備有效的去水系統。

上萬呎的食品工場需要合規格的鮮風抽氣系統。

洗手間需擴建，故先拆除原有的洗手間。

廠房組裝方面，釀啤酒需要有很多工具，例如啤酒發酵罐、燒水、烹煮缸、打穀工具等，當中大部份工具都是由德國運來。
